Data Collection

We collect only the information needed to operate your account: name, contact details, date of birth for eligibility checks, and payment identifiers for UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions. Nothing beyond that.

Cookie Use

Our site uses functional cookies to keep your session active and analytical cookies to understand page performance. You can adjust non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing account access.

Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes — we cannot read them. Sensitive pages require re-authentication, and we flag unusual login locations to your registered mobile number or email within minutes.

Data Retention

Transaction records, including UPI and Paytm payment logs, are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that period expires, records are deleted from our live systems.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask for deletion of records we no longer need to hold. These rights apply where local law permits and are exercised via our privacy team.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with payment processors — UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe — only as needed to complete transactions. We do not share account data with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and, where required for payment verification, your UPI ID or Paytm-linked mobile number. We do not collect more than what is needed to run your account and process transactions.

Payment identifiers are passed to the relevant payment processor — UPI network, Paytm or PhonePe — solely to authorise and complete your transaction. We store a transaction reference for record-keeping but do not store full payment credentials on our servers.

Yes. Submit a data access request via our privacy email or Help Centre ticket. After we verify your identity, we will provide a structured summary of your personal data within 30 days, subject to what local law permits.

We keep transaction logs, including UPI and PhonePe payment records, for the period prescribed by applicable Indian financial and regulatory requirements. Account data is deleted or anonymised once your account is closed and the retention period has passed.

No. We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors and service providers who help us operate the platform under strict confidentiality terms.

Send a deletion request to our privacy email or raise a Help Centre ticket marked as a privacy matter. We will confirm which data can be deleted immediately and which must be retained for regulatory reasons, then action the deletion within 30 days.

When we make material changes to this policy, we notify you by email at your registered address before the update takes effect. Continuing to use your account after that date means you acknowledge the revised policy. You may always contact us with questions before accepting.
